Autumn Painting Workshop at SFCR

  • St. Francis Center for Renewal 395 Bridle Path Road Bethlehem, PA, 18017 United States (map)

Jillian Speranza

Participants in the Lenten painting workshop — including Sisters Roseann Velas and Marguerite Stewart — show off their finished artwork. An autumnal scene will be featured for the September event.

Join St. Francis Center for Renewal for an evening of fun, painting, prayer and community in Thankful, Grateful, Blessed autumn painting workshop. Following the popularity of SFCR’s Lenten painting workshop earlier this year, artist Jillian Speranza returns to lead participants through a simple yet prayerful, gratitude-inspired painting to take home at the end of the evening — just in time for the upcoming season of thanksgiving.

This interactive program combines painting with friends with a spiritual Visio Divina (praying with art) experience. No experience painting? No problem! Jillian will assist all participants and be as hands-on as each person needs. Light snacks will be provided, and the event is BYOB.
