Crafters are invited to participate in our 2024 Holiday Craft Fair taking place on Saturday, November 2, 2024, in Mullen Hall at Monocacy Manor. The event will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. It is hosted by the School Sisters of St. Francis in support of their ongoing ministry work.

Our show is for handmade items. Third-party sales are not permitted. Crafters are asked to submit photos of their products to lmartin@schoolsistersosf.org. The photos help us enforce this policy and with placement within the show so that vendors with similar products are not seated too close to one another.

Various space options are available for crafters:

• 3-foot x 6-foot table with two chairs: $45

• 3-foot x 8-foot table with two chairs: $55

• 10-foot x 10-foot space with two chairs (no table provided): $90

• Additional 6-foot table within 10-foot x 10-foot space: $35

• Additional 8-foot table within 10-foot x 10-foot space: $45

• Electricity (very limited, not guaranteed): $10

There are no guarantees on table location within the gym at Mullen Hall. However, a request can be made at the time of registration and placement will be determined on a first come, first served basis. Please be specific in your craft(s) description on the registration form. Upon receipt of your paid registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Additional details about the craft fair will arrive in a separate email prior to the show.

Please be aware of our refund policy: Refunds will not be given to “no shows” the day of the event. Cancellation requests on or before October 1, 2024, will receive a refund less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after October 1, 2024. In the event of inclement weather resulting in the closing of Mullen Hall, a full refund will be made to all registrants.
