Lent invites us as a community to draw closer to Christ. Given the challenges of watching the daily news and trying to remain hopeful, it is the perfect time for reflecting on the Psalms. Like the writers of the Psalms, we too may be feeling the conflicting emotions of joy, gratitude, loss and sorrow. They are hymns of thanksgiving and wisdom, as well as contrition and repentance. Join us as we read and discuss the Psalms and learn how to incorporate these powerful words into the challenges of our daily lives.
