In honor of Monocacy Farm Project’s 10th anniversary, we invite you to join us for a special Farm-to-Table Dinner & Pairing Event, crafted in the spirit of MFP’s annual Pairing for a Cause, but with a full, irresistible dinner prepared with fresh ingredients directly from Monocacy Farms. Join us at 6 p.m. on Friday, September 15, at Black River Farms Vineyards & Winery to enjoy a special menu curated by The Marquee Kitchen.
Event Menu — The following dishes will be thoughtfully paired with wines and spirits from Black River Farms:
Seasonal Amuse-Bouche served with an opening cocktail
Pat’s Bistro House Salad with carrots, tomato, cucumber, red onions and herb basalmic dressing, accompanied by Pat’s signature focaccia bread
Local Pork Loin stuffed with Monocacy Farms Braised Kale with Birchrun Hills blue cheese, Dietrich’s bacon, shallot, cider pan jus
Roasted Potato with garlic, smoked paprika and garden herbs
Roasted Vegetables featuring the freshest harvest from the farm
Scholl Orchard Apple Crisp featuring Eli’s walnut crumble, crème anglaise, Black River Farms blackberry preserves and Seven Stars whipped cream

In addition to fine food and beverages served in a vineyard setting, the event will include exclusive raffles and silent auction opportunities. Tickets are $100 per person. Proceeds benefit our farming ministry’s good works throughout the Lehigh Valley and beyond.
